Field Service Controls Technician

We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Validation Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and support robotic and automated equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, validate, and troubleshoot robotic and automated systems.
• Support Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls systems.
• Perform testing, repairs, preventive maintenance, and root-cause analysis.
• Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and automation projects.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Create technical documentation and train customers/operators.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree/certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• 2+ years of robotics, automation, or industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs and industrial automation.
• Allen-Bradley/Rockwell experience required; FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa experience a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional flexible/on-call hours.
