Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Provide customers with updates on their solar installation projects.
• Assist customers with questions regarding scheduling, installation, inspections, and system activation.
• Coordinate with our sales, operations, installation, and service departments.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely completion of requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all communications.
• Help ensure projects move forward smoothly by communicating with the appropriate departments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and customer management systems.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Solar industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
