As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey, from understanding their needs and presenting suitable options to coordinating test drives, completing sales documentation, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on selling new, used, and luxury vehicles while delivering knowledgeable, attentive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer consultations to understand vehicle preferences and requirements.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable new, used, and luxury vehicles.
• Present vehicles and demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer test drives.
• Follow up with leads throughout the sales process.
• Complete accurate sales documentation.
• Build customer relationships and support long-term retention.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Automotive product knowledge.
• CRM software experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Relationship-building skills.
