AR/AP Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Specialist with a strong background in accounting and excellent customer service skills to handle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, prepare payment runs (checks/ACH), and resolve invoice or billing discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: Issue customer invoices, process incoming payments, and manage polite collections follow-ups.
• Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for client and vendor billing inquiries via phone and email.
• General Accounting: Reconcile AR/AP ledgers at month-end and assist with audit prep and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience managing AR/AP workflows.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.).

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
