What You Will Do:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
- Process and enter approved customer and accounting invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review billing information to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather billing details and job-related information
- Distribute invoices to customers and respond to billing inquiries professionally
- Partner with corporate teams to address and resolve invoice-related issues
- Meet critical month-end deadlines by completing billing activities within established timelines
- Stay highly organized while managing multiple priorities and deliverables
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline
- 1+ years of related experience in a corporate setting preferred
- Previous invoicing or billing experience is beneficial but not required
- Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including debits and credits
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
