Manage site/civil design projects including grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and roadway infrastructure
Coordinate permitting and entitlement processes with local, state, and federal agencies
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverable quality
Lead and mentor design teams, including engineers and CAD technicians
Build and maintain client relationships and support business development efforts
Need state license in NC or SC
