Healthcare Enrollment & Eligibility Specialist (Fast Hire)

We are looking for candidates with healthcare or health insurance experience to support a high-volume back-office operation. This role will focus on processing member information, enrollment requests, eligibility verification, record updates, and case-related administrative work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

This position is best suited for someone who has worked for a health insurance carrier, managed care organization, healthcare enrollment team, claims department, or member services operation. Candidates with Medicare or Medicaid experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment will be especially strong fits.

Title: Medical Back Office Case Worker

Location: Augusta, GA (Onsite)
Pay: $20/hour
Duration: 6-Week (Short Term Contract)
Start Date: ASAP
Training Hours: 10am-6:30pm

What We're Looking For:

• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience
• Experience with member enrollment, eligibility, member maintenance, claims, case processing, or healthcare administration
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
