HRIS Analyst - Workday

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst for a strictly temporary, 3–4 month assignment. This role offers the opportunity to improve Workday reporting, strengthen recruiting processes, and develop practical tools and training materials that help the HR team support employee development.

Responsibilities

• Review and clean up HR reports, supporting consistent reporting standards and governance.
• Analyze recruiting processes and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop HR support standard operating procedures, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support Workday updates and enhancements, including potential configuration and workflow design.
• Assist with preparation for future talent management initiatives, including career development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday experience.
• Experience with HR reporting, data cleanup, and reporting governance.
• Experience analyzing recruiting processes and metrics.
• Ability to develop clear SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Workday configuration, workflow design, and system enhancements.
