Print Production Lead - 1st + 2nd Shift - Contract

The Print Production Lead position is located in Irving, Texas and is set to begin on December 1st, 2026 and end February 1st, 2027 (could extend). This role is crucial for supporting a seasonal payroll services team, which is known for its commitment to delivering high-quality service during peak periods.

**$500 Attendance Bonus!**

PLEASE SEE SCHEDULE, MUST WORK REQUIRED WEEKENDS, PLUS SCHEDULED SHIFTS DURING THE WEEK. 

Training of the Print Production Lead:

• 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday through Friday
• December 1st - December 24th

Shift of the Print Production Lead:  

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, December 28th - February 1st
• 2nd Shift - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM, December 28th - February 1st, 
• Weekend Requirement: Jan 9th/10th & 16th/17th & 23rd/24th & 30th/31st 
• Holiday: MLK Jan 18th

Pay Rate of the Print Production Lead:
$22 per hour

Responsibilities of the Print Production Lead:

• Lead the contingent workforce during year-end projects, ensuring efficient printing, packaging, and distribution.
• Monitor daily headcount and provide performance feedback.
• Review weekly timesheets for accuracy.
• Assist in resolving escalated print production issues.
• Ensure quality control of paychecks and vouchers, initiating corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications of the Print Production Lead:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Lead or Supervisor role.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• General office and/or production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate basic production machinery and prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
