RemX has a URGENT HIRE for a Medical Back Office Case Worker
This is a high-volume administrative healthcare role
- Location: Onsite Augusta, GA
- Duration: 6-week contract
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Training/Work Hours: Mon-Fri10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Ideal Candidate Profile
Looking for candidates with experience supporting healthcare insurance operations, particularly from the Medicare/Medicaid payer (insurance company) side.
Must Have
✅ Healthcare or health insurance industry experience
✅ Experience with one or more of the following:
- Member enrollment
- Eligibility verification
- Member maintenance/updates
- Case processing
- Back-office healthcare operations
✅ Strong data entry and accuracy
✅ Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- HIPPA Compliance
✅ Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong attention to detail
