RemX is recruiting for a End of Year Surge Project for Call Center Representatives.
- Location: Fully onsite in Plantation, FL
- Pay: $25
- Dates: TDH End of December into January (1 to 2 weeks)
- ⚠️ Short-term project only — not contract-to-hire
Position: Customer Service Representative
Overview:
- Focus on simplifying healthcare engagement for consumers and families.
- Responsibilities include compassionate customer service and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls only
- Resolve consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide updates on pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High School diploma
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven
