Accounts Payable Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and personable Accounts Payable Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to support both our accounting and front office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting tasks
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct calls appropriately
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the office
• Maintain accurate records and assist with filing and data entry
• Support other office and accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with accounting/ERP software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
