Machine Operator - Manufacturing Associate
Location: King of Prussia, Pa
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available (Monday-Friday)

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM - $20 / hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM - $21 / hour
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM - $21 / hour
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing, machine operation, or military experience and be comfortable working in an environment that may involve physical labor.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery while meeting production and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Read and follow written work instructions, operating procedures, and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout the production process
- Identify operational issues and assist with troubleshooting equipment or process concerns
- Train and qualify on Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
- Accurately review, record, and enter production data using both paper and computerized systems
- Assist team members in maintaining operational excellence and compliance with company standards
- Clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to address production challenges and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of manufacturing, machine operation, production or related experience
- Ability to complete and pass:
- Background Screening
- Required medical clearance through Concentra
- Strong attendance and reliability record
- Basic computer skills required
