Residential & Commercial Property Manager

Integrated Mountain Group (IMG) is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties while coordinating the efforts of maintenance staff, vendors, administrative personnel, and contractors.

This is a middle-management position for a motivated leader who can effectively manage operations, delegate responsibilities, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional service for property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of residential and commercial properties.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance, administrative staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Serve as a primary contact for owners, tenants, and key clients.
• Monitor property performance, budgets, leases, occupancy, and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance, compliance, inspections, and operational objectives.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee project execution.
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with Colorado real estate, landlord-tenant, and fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Real Estate License preferred.
• Property management experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance operations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented.
