A growing full-service restaurant concept with bar service is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager. This high-volume location features an extensive selection of unique craft cocktails and a diverse menu of elevated entrées designed to satisfy a wide range of guests.

The Restaurant Manager (AGM) oversees all front-of-house daily operations. Responsibilities include delivering consistently high-quality guest service, training and developing team members, executing the Daily Manager Agenda, managing FOH scheduling within budget, and supporting timely planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear fast-track path to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of current Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant (over $2 million in annual sales)
• Stable work history
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build community rapport
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly team members
• Proven proficiency with financials, including P&Ls, inventory, and food/labor cost control
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
