CNC Machinists & Operators – Multiple Openings | $20–$35/hr

Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Swing Shift (4/10 Schedule) | Monday–Thursday, approximately 2:30 PM–11:30 PM
Additional Hours: Possible Friday shift, 10:30 AM–3:30 PM (overtime when applicable)

Now Hiring – CNC Mill & Lathe Machinists!

We are hiring multiple CNC Machinists and Operators to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Torrance!

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with hands-on experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

Whether you have experience operating CNC machines, performing setups, or working with precision-machined components, we encourage you to apply!

Pay ranges from $20–$35/hr based on experience, technical skills, and machining abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform machine offsets, tooling adjustments, and basic setups.
• Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machining operations and ensure parts meet quality specifications.
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Identify machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and machining instructions.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Understanding of machine offsets and basic machining operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled swing shift.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Aerospace manufacturing or precision machine shop experience.
• CNC machine setup experience.
• Experience with Fanuc, EIA, or Mazatrol controls.
• Knowledge of GD&T, true position, datums, and tolerances.
• Experience with first-part and in-process inspections.
• Trade school or technical machining background.
