Home Health Aide Needed

I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, transfers from bed to chair, Toileting, Help Staying Physically Active, and Bathing/dressing. Patient would be a 210 pound male stroke victim with left side weakness. Still in the early stages and currently entering acute rehab so not really sure how much functionality he will regain. He also suffers from dementia/Alzheimers but it is progressing very slowly. Mostly just short term memory issues. May also consider a live in situation as needed. Spouse lives in home as well and is able bodied, just not be able to assist in dressing, bathing, or moving.
