 Kitchen Manager Basic Responsibilities include:

• Supervises and directs BOH operations and its staff, and works with the FOH
• Supervision of BOH Management team and employees
• Assists in sourcing and recruiting talent
• Plans and leads shift meetings for BOH
• Maintains high cleanliness standards and holds team members accountable for adherence to cleaning schedules
• Creates weekly BOH schedules 
• Conducts regular line checks 

Kitchen Manager candidates must possess the following:  

• Must have high volume experience of $3.5 million or more
• Strong leadership qualities - the ability to direct and "grow a team."
• Should have a mix of FOH & BOH experience 
• Accustomed to planning and leading shift meetings, particularly for BOH employees
• Experience in running a kitchen that has a set menu and set ingredients list, and adhering to recipes
