Welder

Position Summary:

We're looking for motivated welders. Whether you're early in your career or bringing previous experience to join our welding assembly line team. You'll work with a variety of welding methods and equipment to prep and fabricate piping.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

·        Operate and set up welding machines including Robot, NAP, and Cypress systems

·        Use welding techniques such as Stick, MIG, Wire, Air Arc, Trackwork, and Plasma

·        Work on will-call orders and follow layout specifications

·        Move, lift, and position pipes and materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the fabrication area

·        Perform air pressure tests and visual inspections to ensure product quality

·        Read and interpret basic labels, layouts, and instructions

·        Work safely in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, cold, sparks, and glare

Qualifications

·        High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·        At least 1 year of welding experience or basic welding training 

·        Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

·        Safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools, and layout tools

·        Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements

·        Must meet physical requirements, including lifting and repetitive motion

·        Ability to work in warehouse environment year-round

·        Willingness to work overtime or weekends based on workload

·        Commitment to following all safety rules and procedures
