Server Assistant /Runner 5 Star Resort Jackson WY Career Starter

Join a Forbes Five-Star resort in the Tetons as a Server Assistant supporting fine dining restaurant, banquet, and event service. This full-time, permanent, year-round position offers on-site housing options, a Jackson Hole ski pass, covered airfare and ground transportation to the hotel, and the opportunity to learn luxury service standards in a team-focused environment. SOS Culinary Staffing welcomes candidates with experience as a baristas, food runners, bussers, server assistants, hosts, expeditors, or back waiters. Compensation is $27.50–$32.50 per hour, including wages ($15.86 hourly) and tips ($15) with opportunities for cross-training across outlets and career advancement. The role reports to the restaurant manager and food and beverage supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive water service.
• Run food with clear descriptions and coordinate service across the outlet.
• Clear tables and reset linens, silverware, crystal, and other table settings to luxury standards.
• Communicate with servers, the kitchen, supervisors, and the pass to support timely service.
• Anticipate guest and team needs throughout the dining experience.
• Support fine dining restaurant, banquet, and event service.
• Use POS tablets and the kitchen display system during daily operations.
• Participate in cross-training across outlets and develop a career path in luxury hospitality.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in upscale casual, high-volume, resort, or fine dining hospitality.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Jackson Hole or Teton Village.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in fine dining hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
