We are looking for someone who brings:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong, proven leadership experience
- A proven track record of building relationships
- A hands-on leadership style. We need someone who will actively engage with the operation, not simply delegate.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to respond to the site within 45 minutes in the event of an emergency
- Flexibility to work all shifts and all days as business needs require
- Experience and leadership ability to effectively manage a large guard workforce earning approximately $17–$21/hour in a rural market
