Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity supporting students through intensive specialized instruction grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. As a paraprofessional, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering student growth and learning, offering one-on-one and small group support in a dynamic educational setting. Hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 32.5 hours per week. You’ll work alongside talented educators and specialists dedicated to providing an individualized curriculum for each student’s unique needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a school-based support role is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ABA practices and principles
• Ability to implement individualized instructional plans under the guidance of certified staff
• Patience, empathy, and a collaborative mindset essential for student-centered support
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assistance to students participating in specialized lessons and ABA-based instruction
• Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Foster a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting observations to teaching staff
• Assist in adapting educational materials for varied learning needs
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as needed
