Material Handler

Job Position: Material Handler

Location: Irving, TX 75061

Pay Rate: $22 - 25.00/HR

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday 1pm -10pm

• Sunday - Thursday 9pm -6am

Duties and Responsibilities

• Scan, prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs

• Palletizing and Picking

• Unpack shipment deliveries

• Prepare shipping documents

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Consolidate shipping orders

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies

• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt

• Promptly unloads trucks and sorts and stocks receivables

• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• SAP Experience

• Experience in warehousing or freight terminal operations preferred

• Familiarity with internal freight/logistics systems and Microsoft Office Suite
