Warehouse Associate – Manufacturing
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 10.5-hour shifts

- Shift 1: Sunday–Wednesday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Shift 2: Wednesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a large manufacturing company in San Antonio! We are seeking candidates of all experience levels who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Depending on experience and qualifications, responsibilities may include material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory control, order picking, and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from carriers, suppliers, and company vehicles.
- Safely transport materials between the loading dock, warehouse, and production floor using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Inspect materials for visible damage or discrepancies and report issues to management.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and process material movements throughout the facility.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, pulling, and kit assembly as needed.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory transactions and assist with cycle counting and recordkeeping.
- Support warehouse inventory control and help resolve material or system discrepancies.
- Follow established procedures for inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and performance standards.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience is a plus.
- Experience with loading and unloading, stocking, order picking, shipping and receiving, or inventory control preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking systems is a plus.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of cycle counting and warehouse recordkeeping is beneficial.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to safely operate manual and powered material handling equipment, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
