Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor
• Ability to follow teacher direction and implement individualized plans
• Flexibility to work with a variety of student needs and adapt to changing classroom dynamics
• Paraprofessional certification, or willingness to obtain per local/state requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with assigned elementary students for individual and small group support within the classroom
• Assist teachers in implementing lessons and adapting materials for diverse learners
