Surgical Technician

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join an ambulatory surgical center in the Stratham, NH area. This individual will support a fast-paced surgical environment by preparing operating rooms, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready for each case. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and comfortable supporting both surgical and ancillary responsibilities to keep the center running efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
2–3+ years of Surgical Technician experience in a hands-on surgical environment.
BLS certification required. Candidates who need to obtain BLS may be able to complete it on-site.
Ability to independently function in a fast-paced surgical environment with limited training required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification strongly preferred.
Central sterile processing and/or instrument sterilization experience.
First Assist (FA) experience.
Endoscopy experience is preferred but not required. Surgical Technicians may cross-train into endoscopy.
