Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with teachers and specialists
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to student growth and safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students, implementing individualized behavior plans and de-escalation strategies as needed
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to create an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere
• Assist with classroom management and help maintain a structured, safe environment
• Foster positive, respectful relationships with students, encouraging academic and interpersonal success
