Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience as a teacher, paraprofessional, or translator, preferably in educational settings
• Comfort working with high school-aged students in a classroom environment
• Knowledge of ESOL/ELL strategies or willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to student growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to support individualized and group instruction

What You’ll Do:

• Provide instruction and support to Spanish-speaking students as they learn English
• Implement educational materials and activities tailored to English language learners
• Collaborate with faculty to develop engaging lesson plans and adapt resources
• Offer both individual and small group support in academic and language development
• Translate classroom content and facilitate communication between students and staff as needed
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom where every student feels supported

This full-time role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week. You’ll join a dedicated educational community focused on student achievement and inclusion.
