• Reliable transportation to move between assigned schools within your crew’s area.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Role highlights:

• Float within a dedicated crew assigned to specific communities, covering call outs across elementary, middle, and high school sites, as well as the Rivertrail Learning Center.
• Engage with diverse classroom environments—supporting 1:1 students or as a classroom aide, primarily in SPED settings.
• Respond flexibly to daily needs: You’ll have guaranteed 30-hour weeks when school is in session and direct contact with team supervisors for last-minute assignments.
• Participate in a district-wide effort with 42 schools, impacting a wide range of students and educators.
