CNC or Plastic Injection Molding: 1st & 2nd Shift

Diversified Support Services (DSS) is seeking dependable, motivated CNC / Plastic Injection Molding Operators in Alabaster, AL, to support manufacturing operations in a hands-on industrial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build their manufacturing skills, gain hands-on equipment experience, and grow within a safety-focused production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, plastic injection molding equipment, and related industrial machinery.
• Safely remove finished parts from equipment and complete required finishing and packaging processes.
• Follow established machine operating procedures, production requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Participate in hands-on training and collaborate with experienced team members to learn equipment operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, plastic injection molding, or a similar industrial environment is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in a hot, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn equipment operations, follow detailed instructions, and safely operate industrial machinery.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to learn and grow within a manufacturing organization.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM.
• Overtime: Potential overtime opportunities on Fridays.
• Pay Rate: $16–$17 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
