Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Offer individualized academic or behavioral support to students as directed
• Adapt materials and activities for diverse learning styles and needs
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations with educational staff
• Support students during transitions, lunch, and other non-instructional times as needed
