Searching for hands-on care to take care of myself in Miami post-Lipo 360. The longest day will be day 1, and then maybe a couple of hours for the rest of the time. Medication management, assistance with garments and showering, possibly light meal prep, and transporting from surgery and to post-op appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained!
