Childcare Needed

Seeking a reliable, experienced, long-term caregiver in Frederick for my almost-5-year-old son. Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, approximately 3:30-5 p.m. Preschool pickup, transportation home and care until I finish work. Three days is fine; four would be ideal! I handle Thursdays. Occasional full-day care (about 8:30/9 AM-4/5 PM) when school is closed would be helpful but isn't required. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, safe driving record and experience with young children are important. Hoping to start within 2-3 weeks.
