Childcare Needed

Im hoping to find a dependable, kindhearted caregiver for my two elementary aged sweethearts. Occasionally needing after-school/evenings/school breaks but primarily overnight care for 34 business trips annually, typically 24 days each. My girls are loving, independent, easygoing, and wonderfully well-mannered. Being that I have raised them entirely solo, they have consistent, structured routines and expectations and bedtime is genuinely a breeze. Please come as you are, as I will do the same. Im interested in genuinely getting a feel for the person who will be caring for and influencing my daughters not conducting a formal interview. Thanks!
