CPR certified is needed and/or be willing to get certified and we can reimburse for the certification. Caregiving responsibilities could be doing an activity with our 3.5 year old, taking the twins on a walk around the neighborhood, playing outside in our yard with the kids, helping with dinner time and bath time, etc. House management responsibilities would potentially include help with putting away kids laundry/folding kids laundry, washing toys, prepping snacks and/or dinner, resetting play rooms/living room at the end of the day, etc. Ideal candidate would have experience with infants/toddlers/our kid's age range, CPR certified, a hard worker, communicative, punctual, kind, creative and patient.
