Home Health Aide Needed

We're looking for caregivers to take on a variety of tasks for my grandma. We are most interested in someone who is willing and able to walk with her (a couple of miles at time) and have active conversations with her--she is very chatty! She has some progressing memory symptoms, but within her own home she is relatively self-sufficient still. We're open to many schedules and arrangements, with priority being on finding folks who are a good fit for her needs and personality over anything else.
