Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I am a very busy mom seeking a dependable, experienced babysitter for my 3-year-old daughter. I need ongoing afterschool pickup and care, with additional flexibility for date nights, occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency backup care. I live in Manhattan and prefer someone within a 30-minute commute for convenience and reliability. CPR certification, nonsmoking, good communication, and occasional light housekeeping are preferred. My goal is to build a long-term, trusting relationship with someone who can become a consistent part of our family's support system.
