Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a warm, patient sitter for my two boys, ages 5 and 7. Occasional care to start, with potential for a weekly spot for the right fit. My 7-year-old is autistic and verbal. He does best with a calm, encouraging approach and positive reinforcement. My 5-year-old is an energetic, sweet boy who loves soccer and being outside. Typical afternoons: snack, outdoor play, homework, or games inside. Ideal sitter: experience with autistic/neurodivergent kids, patient, playful, reliable, with references please. We get San Diego Regional Center services, so a long-term fit may be able to become our respite provider.
