Babysitter Needed for my Children

My child is not born yet, but we are starting to think through our care needs as we will both be returning to work full time post-parental leave. Ideally, we have a hybrid schedule that includes a few days of day care a week and a few days of an at home nanny service a week. We have a small 15 pound cavapoo, so someone that is comfortable with dogs is essential. Thanks!
