Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef at Harvest Thyme, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Head Chef and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with menu preparation, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute your creativity to our seasonal menus and ensure that every dish meets our commitment to quality and flavor.
