Food Presentation Chef

Vino On Main is seeking a detail-driven Plating Chef with a strong eye for presentation and food artistry. This is not a basic prep position — this role is focused on plating beautiful, intentional small plates and charcuterie boards that reflect our brand’s elevated, wine-forward experience.

We are looking for someone with prior chef or catering experience who understands that guests eat with their eyes first.

• Previous professional kitchen experience required, including food plating and presentation.
• Prepare and plate menu items consistently according to established recipes and standards.
• Assemble attractive, well-portioned charcuterie boards and small plates.
• Manage food preparation, cooking times, and order execution during service.
• Ability to multitask!
• Work independently without constant supervision or direction.
• Complete daily prep tasks and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper storage procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen throughout each shift.
• Use downtime productively to complete prep, cleaning, and restocking tasks.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, demonstrate strong time management, and consistently complete assigned responsibilities.
