Team member

• Operate POS system to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and  serving.
• Food preparation of donuts, milkshakes, coffee and other desserts etc,  and ensure all dishes meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bussing tables and sanitizing work areas.
• Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
  - Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
  - Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
• Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
• Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends
