Your Role:

• Perform routine building maintenance duties including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance

• Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and other administrative duties as assigned

• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and repair requests

• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff

• Perform additional duties as assigned in a team-oriented care environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred (other qualifying experience will be considered)

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individual

• Passionate about supporting residents and staff in a long-term care setting
