Job Description
Sales Representative with experience working for a service/construction company that includes installation with new construction, residential, and commercial projects as well as experience working with permits. Will be working on site 4 days a week in the office – Livingston area and 1 day on the road visiting with clients.
Build and manage a pipeline of general contractors, developers, construction managers, architects, engineers, and property owners.
Track bid boards, plan rooms, and project leads; qualify opportunities before they go to estimating.
Visit job sites and customer offices to understand scope, schedule, phasing, and site conditions.
Work with estimating to review drawings and specs, set pricing strategy, and submit complete, on-time bids.
Present proposals that clearly state scope, inclusions, exclusions, and qualifications, and negotiate terms and price.
