Contact Center Associate

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Provide exemplary service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
• Assist customers with requests and transactions using one of our communication channels (phone, email, text, chat, Interactive Teller Machine).
• Handle routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, handling payments, etc.).
• Identify Bank Midwest products and services that best fit customer needs.

Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in PC based applications (Microsoft, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

• The Customer Call Center is open Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Contact Center Associates are scheduled to work an 8-hour shift during call center hours of business.
• Will work a Saturday rotation (8 am to Noon). When scheduled to work Saturday, there will be a half day off during the work week.

Education:

• High School Diploma / GED, vocational training or equivalent.
