Home Health Aide Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. He needs some supervision with mobility, keeping active both mentally and physically, and help with transportation to appointments and errands. He is visually impaired so also needs some help with guiding and reading. We are also looking for someone to provide companionship, some medication reminders and help with light chores and housekeeping. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. The schedule is flexible, looking for about 2 hours/day to start 3-5 times/weekly.
