Pet Care Needed

1 year and 6-month-old chihuahua mix. Loves to cuddle. Loves to get his treats to go into his crate. He'll be in his crate in my bedroom. Very, very easy to handle. He likes to be dressed. He's black and white has markings like a cow. He's very sweet and goes easily with any human. Shy / nervous around big dogs.
