Quality Manager

A manufacturing company is looking for a Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with plastics and polymers.

• Experience leading a plant quality function or quality team
• Strong background working with ISO quality systems
• Experience maintaining and improving a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Background with manufacturing process controls and process audits
• Experience with lab testing and product testing
• Strong root cause analysis, problem-solving, and corrective action experience
• Experience handling customer complaints and quality issues
• Comfortable working directly with customers on technical or quality concerns
• Experience leading or supervising Quality Engineers, Lab Technicians or QC personnel
• Ability to work closely with Production, Engineering, Technical and Commercial teams
• Experience training manufacturing or lab employees on quality practices
• Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement experience is a plus
• Medical device quality experience is a plus
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is helpful
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
