Aesthetic Injector Nurse Practitioner

Lüxe Theory by Refresh Pain & Wellness is a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice in downtown Baltimore. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to serve as our Aesthetic Injector and provide independent, full-service aesthetic care for adult cosmetic and medical patients. This role will conduct patient consultations and assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, along with laser treatments, PRF treatments, and skincare procedures. Medical Director responsibilities are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments for adult cosmetic and medical patients.
• Develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans.
• Provide full-service injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Perform laser treatments and skincare procedures.
• Apply knowledge of facial anatomy to support safe, effective treatments.
• Document treatments and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Provide follow-up care and communicate effectively with patients.
• Practice independently while reporting to the lead aesthetic provider.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine.
• Master of Science in Nursing.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license.
• Experience with neuromodulator injections and dermal filler injections.
• Knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning.
• Experience with patient assessment, electronic medical records, and clinical documentation.
• Strong patient communication skills and attention to detail.
