Powersports Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Powersports Mechanic to independently service side-by-side ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role performs mechanical repairs, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and aftermarket installations using standard mechanical tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair engines, transmissions, and drivetrains.
• Perform brake service, oil changes, and axle replacement.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using standard mechanical tools.
• Repair and upgrade suspension systems, including shocks.
• Install tires and wheels.
• Install lift kits, skid plates, lighting, windshields, sound bars, and other accessories.
• Work independently while reporting service updates to the Service Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in powersports mechanical repair.
